The event titled “Combating Online Betting, Games of Chance and Gambling,” organized in collaboration with Beykoz University and the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services, was held on Monday, September 28, at the Conference Hall of the Kavacık Schools of Higher Education Campus.
Psychologist Semanur Dağcı from the Beykoz Social Services Directorate was the guest speaker at the event, where the effects of online betting, games of chance and gambling on individuals were discussed. The event also addressed methods for preventing these risks and combating such behaviors.
