Institutional Self-Assessment and Strategic Planning Studies

•  As Beykoz University, as the first step of the Corporate Self-Assessment studies within the scope of the 2021-2026 Strategic Plan studies, all academic and administrative staff of our university will be provided with 6 titles (Institutional Features and Development, Education-Training, R&D-A, Community Service, Administrative and Support Services, Managerial Features) 'Self-Assessment Questionnaire' was applied. • Then, an "Environmental Analysis Workshop" was held under the same 6 headings with the participation of our university's internal and external stakeholders. • In this way, with the SWOT analysis we have done, our university's; Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were analyzed and Strategic Goals were created. You can find the results of the SWOT analysis here.
