Beykoz University, as one of the young and innovative universities contributing to Turkey's higher education landscape, laid its foundations in 2008 with the establishment of Beykoz Vocational School of Logistics and has been built upon this strong past. With its innovative vision and quality-oriented approach, our university successfully continues its mission to add value to our students, the business world, and society.
Today, Beykoz University conducts its educational activities through its academic units, including the Institute of Graduate Programs, the Faculties of Business and Management Sciences, Arts and Design, Social Sciences, Engineering and Architecture, the School of Civil Aviation, the School of Foreign Languages, and the Beykoz Vocational School of Logistics. In these academic units, we aim to equip our students with both professional and academic skills through a total of 30 master's, 20 undergraduate, and 11 associate degree programs.
Particularly, with our deep-rooted experience in logistics, we continue to train qualified graduates who meet the needs of the business world and society. The Beykoz Vocational School of Logistics is determined to carry its traditional success in education into the future under the roof of Beykoz University.
We believe that knowledge alone is not sufficient in education; being able to put knowledge into practice is just as important. Inspired by the famous educational scientist John Dewey's quote, "Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself," we have adopted the principle of providing our students with a practical and multidisciplinary learning environment. In this regard, we strive to create a versatile university environment that meets international quality standards, where our students can develop both their knowledge and skills. In a rapidly changing and developing world, the expectations of the business world and society are also changing swiftly.
Therefore, we emphasize the importance of our students focusing on their personal development, not just being limited to their courses. In all our programs, we see it as our primary priority to equip our students with 21st-century competencies and to nurture them as individuals with a broad vision who contribute to society.
