The Department of Digital Game Design at Beykoz University’s Faculty of Art and Design is hosting “She Jam,” an event aimed at increasing the visibility of women in game development and encouraging their participation in creative industries.
Taking place between October 24–26, 2025, the event will begin on Friday, October 24 at 7:00 PM and conclude on Sunday, October 26 at 7:00 PM. It will be held at the Game Lab located in the Kavacık Vocational Schools Campus.
“She Jam” is a global, non-profit game jam organized by women, for women, with the goal of highlighting women’s creative power in game development and inspiring them to pursue careers in creative and technical fields.
This year’s edition of She Jam will be held at Beykoz University in collaboration with “Hack The Loop”, a student club from Bahçeşehir University, and “Indie Core”, a student club from Beykoz University.
Throughout the three-day event, participants will experience the full creative process — from idea generation to prototype development — while contributing to the stronger representation of women in the gaming industry.
