Organized by the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program of the Faculty of Art and Design, the event “Sustainability Practices in Gastronomy in Turkey” will feature Nur Çelik, Sustainability Manager at Divan Group, as the guest speaker.
The event will take place on November 24, 2025, via Zoom. During the session, sustainability practices in the gastronomy sector, current standards, and best practice examples will be discussed. Participants will also have the opportunity to share their experiences and ask questions during the Q&A session.
The event will be held online and is open to anyone interested.
