The “Sakura Game Jam” event, organized by the Digital Game Design Program under the coordination of Lecturer Bulut Gümrükçü and in collaboration with the Game Development Club, will be held between April 24–26, 2026.
The game development marathon will take place at the Kavacık Schools of Higher Education Campus, starting on April 24 at 19.00 and ending on April 26 at 21.00.
During the three-day event, participants will experience an intensive production process by developing creative game ideas within a limited time and working in teams. Bringing together different disciplines such as game design, programming, visual design, and storytelling, the Game Jam offers participants the opportunity to improve their technical skills and gain teamwork experience.
All students interested in game development are invited to attend the event.
