A seminar is being organized by the Sivil Havacılık Kabin Hizmetleri Program of Beykoz Vocational School of Logistics to raise awareness on safety culture and dangerous goods within the aviation sector. The event will take place on 29 April 2026 at 10.00 in Classroom 102 at the Kavacık Schools of Higher Education Campus.
The seminar will consist of two sessions. The first session will cover the topic “Cabin Services Dangerous Goods: Risk and Awareness Perspective.” In this session, Dangerous Goods Specialist and Trainer Leyla Denceli will share her knowledge and experience with participants.
The second session will focus on “Cabin Safety and Safety Culture in Airline Operations.” In this part, Aviation Safety and Quality Specialist İstemi Gerçek will discuss sectoral practices and the importance of safety culture.
The event aims to enhance students’ safety awareness in aviation operations and strengthen their professional competencies.
