The event titled “New Media and Changing Sports Broadcasting” organized by Prof. Dr. Zeliha Hepkon from the Communication and Design Program of the Faculty of Art and Design, Beykoz University, will be held on May 6, 2026, at 1.00 PM at the Kavacık Schools of Higher Education Campus Conference Hall.
Former football coach Aykut Kocaman and experienced sports broadcasting professional Bozkurt K. Yılmaz will participate as guest speakers. The event will address the impact of new media on sports broadcasting, the reflections of digital transformation on sports media, and changes in audience behavior.
Participants will have the opportunity to evaluate the relationship between sports and media through sector-based experiences and gain up-to-date insights into the transformation of sports broadcasting in the era of new media.
All students are invited.
