An extensive two-day training program is being organized by the Research and Development Coordinatorship to enhance the research competencies of students and academic staff.
The event will take place on 20 and 22 May 2026, starting at 09.00 on both days, at the Kavacık Schools of Higher Education Campus Conference Hall.
On the first day, 20 May, two separate training sessions will be delivered by expert academics. Between 10.00–13.00, Assist. Prof. Serhan Karadeniz will conduct a session titled “SPSS for Survey Analysis: Data, Interpretation, and Reporting.” Participants will gain hands-on experience in analyzing survey data, interpreting results, and preparing scientific reports.
On the same day, between 13.00–17.00, Assoc. Prof. Cafer Şafak Eyel will deliver a session titled “Academic Writing Training.” The session will cover the academic writing process, publication strategies, and scientific writing techniques.
On the second day, 22 May, Burak Varol will conduct a training titled “Using MAXQDA in the Data Analysis Process” between 10.00–17.00. Participants will receive practical training on both basic and advanced uses of MAXQDA software in qualitative data analysis.
Through this training series organized by the Research and Development Coordination Office, it is aimed to enhance participants’ competencies in research, analysis, and academic production processes.
