Dear Students,
Here are the important notes regarding the ceremony to be held at Beykoz Belediyesi Beykoz Spor Ormanı on 29 July 2025. Route and stop information for students arriving by public transportation has also been provided. There is no requirement to be a graduate to attend the ceremony.
Students who are in their final year in the 2024-2025 academic year will be able to attend the ceremony even if they do not graduate.
- Our graduates must be at the “Student Gathering Area” at 18.00 before the ceremony starts.
- At the Student Gathering Area, students will line up for the cortege march and enter the ceremony area at 19.20 with the cortege march.
- It is compulsory to attend the graduation ceremony with a cap and gown. Graduates without a cap and gown will not be admitted to the ceremony area.
- Payment for the cap and gown must be made to the Financial Affairs Directorate. Students who have made their payments should pick up their caps and gowns from the Health, Culture and Sports Directorate with their receipts.
- On the day of the ceremony, cap and gown sales will continue at the Health, Culture and Sports Directorate until 15.00
- During the ceremony, our graduates will go on stage with all the graduates of the department and receive a graduation certificate. Please do not wait for your name to be read to go up on stage and receive your diploma, as the names will be read mixed on the stage.
- There is a parking lot in Beykoz Sports Forest of Beykoz Municipality. You can park your vehicles by following the parking lot directions.
- There will be a photo area in the Graduation Ceremony area. Graduates and their guests who wish to take photos should proceed to the graduates' gathering area after the photos are taken. Our guests will be directed to the ceremony area. The ceremony area will be opened to our guests as of 18.30.
How to reach Beykoz Municipality Beykoz Sports Forest?
Transportation Alternatives from Anatolian Side
You can take the bus number 11H from Beykoz Ortaçeşme stop and get off at Kanuni Kent Ormanı stop to reach Beykoz Sports Forest.
From Üsküdar Meydan stop, take the bus number 15H and get off at the Hekimbaşı last stop. From the same stop, transfer to the 11H bus and get off at Kanuni Kent Ormanı stop. Alternatively, you can reach Beykoz Sports Forest with a 10-minute walk from the Hekimbaşı stop without making a transfer.
From Kadıköy Meydan stop, take the bus number 14M and get off at Şehit Murat Akdemir stop. From the same stop, take the 11H bus and get off at Kanuni Kent Ormanı stop to reach Beykoz Sports Forest.
From Kavacık–Şehit Hasan Kaya stop, take either the 14M or 15TY bus and get off at Boğaziçi Anadolu Hisarı Campus stop. From there, take the 11H bus and get off at Kanuni Kent Ormanı stop to reach Beykoz Sports Forest.
From Kozyatağı Metro stop, take the 500T bus and get off at Kavacık Köprü stop. Then, from Kavacık Sapağı stop, take the 15TY bus and get off at Asphalt Factory (Asfalt Fabrikası) stop. From the same stop, take the 11H bus and get off at Kanuni Kent Ormanı stop to reach Beykoz Sports Forest.
Transportation Alternatives from the European Side
From Mecidiyeköy Mezarlık stop (also accessible from Levent Metro or Fabrikalar stops), take the 121A bus and get off at Kavacık Köprü stop. Then, from Kavacık Sapağı stop, take the 15TY bus and get off at Asphalt Factory stop. From there, take the 11H bus and get off at Kanuni Kent Ormanı stop to reach Beykoz Sports Forest.
