The Integrated Master's Program has been implemented within the Graduate Programs Institute of Beykoz University.
The Integrated Master's Program is a special education model that allows highly successful undergraduate students to take certain graduate-level courses while continuing their undergraduate studies. This model aims to support students’ academic development, enhance their professional experience, and enable a faster, more structured, and well-prepared transition into graduate education.
Application Requirements
To apply for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.00 or 75/100,
- Successful completion of all courses taken up to the current semester.
- Applications may be submitted no earlier than the beginning of the 7th semester.
- Applications can be made only to the integrated master’s program opened in relation to the undergraduate program in which the student is enrolled.
- Students enrolled in International Joint Undergraduate Programs are not eligible to apply due to compulsory attendance requirements.
Education and Course Requirements
- During their undergraduate studies, students may take a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 graduate-level courses per semester.
- These courses are recorded on the transcript without credit and are not included in the undergraduate GPA calculation.
- Students must complete their undergraduate education within a maximum of 8 semesters.
Final Enrollment Requirements
To be eligible for final enrollment in the master’s program, students must:
- Graduate with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.00 or 75/100,
- Fulfill the ALES and foreign language requirements, if specified by the related program.
- If these conditions are not met, final enrollment in the master’s program cannot be completed.
- Each student admitted to the program is entitled to enroll in a free certificate program offered by the University’s Lifelong Learning Center.
Additional Information
- The number of students to be admitted to the program is determined by the Senate upon the recommendation of the Institute Board and cannot exceed 20% of the quota of the related undergraduate program.
- Students must complete their final enrollment at the Institute in the first semester following their undergraduate graduation. If final enrollment requirements are not met, the graduate courses taken during the undergraduate period will be converted into credit-bearing courses.
- Applications must be submitted to the relevant Department Chair.
