Beyza Sarıata, a student in the Faculty of Art and Design, Animation Program, has achieved significant international success with her illustration titled “Kingdom of Geumbotap.”
Our student was awarded second place in the Huawei 2025 GoPaint Illustration Competition, marking a remarkable accomplishment. The same artwork was also selected to be exhibited at the Design Festa Gallery in Tokyo, Japan.
In addition, Beyza Sarıata earned the opportunity to exhibit her work at the Seoul Illustration Fair, considered the largest illustration fair in South Korea, and has been invited to the event, which will be held on December 25–28, 2025.
This international achievement is a great source of pride both for our student, Beyza Sarıata, and for our university.
