Assist. Prof. Pelin Hazer, a faculty member of our Social Sciences Faculty, took the stage as a speaker at the TEDx event held at Süleyman Demirel University on November 26, 2025.
At the event organized under the theme “Intersections,” Dr. Hazer delivered her talk titled “To Connect or To Let Go?” In her speech, she addressed topics such as the science of psychology, therapeutic processes, mind–body–breath integrity, and the healing relationships formed between humans and horses. She also discussed the nature of human relationships, grief processes, and the concept of attachment from a scientific perspective.
In recognition of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, which coincided with the event date, she concluded her talk with impactful messages raising awareness about violence against women.
