The Education Services Evaluation and Consultation Meeting, hosted by the Service Exporters’ Association (HİB), was held with the participation of the chairpersons of the boards of trustees of foundation universities. The meeting was coordinated by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Service Exporters’ Association and Chairman of the Education Services Sector Committee, and Dr. Fatih Özer, Secretary General of the Association.
During the meeting, the current state of Türkiye’s international student recruitment process was evaluated, and structural as well as implementation-related issues faced by the sector were discussed. In addition, discussions focused on future goals and expectations, as well as strengthening inter-university cooperation.
Representing Beykoz University, our Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Ruhi Engin Özmen, attended the meeting. Within this framework, views were exchanged on developing joint areas of cooperation in education services and enhancing the sector’s international competitiveness.
