Dear students,
2025-2026 academic year fall semester final exams will be held face-to-face in formal and distance education programs between 05 – 16 January 2026. The current exam schedule for undergraduate and associate degree students has been announced on our website.
Students who are not permitted to take the final examinations due to absenteeism will have this status entered into their transcripts by the Directorate of Student Affairs prior to the examinations. This information is to be tracked via the transcript.

- If a course appears in more than one classroom, the information in which class you will take the exam will be sent to you by your instructors via OIS message.
- You have to contact your instructors for the dates of the courses whose final exam is in the form of a "project or homework" submission.
Face-to-Face Exam Principles;
- Since student ID card checks will be done during the exams, students must have their ID cards with them.
- Since exit permission will not be given for the first 15 minutes of the exams, students who arrive during this period will be accepted to the exam.
- Your mobile phones, smartwatches, and lecture notes must be with you during the exam. Therefore, your lecture notes, phones, and smartwatches must be turned off and placed on the tables in the exam room.
