The second event organized within the scope of the Beykoz Institute Learning Series (BILS) was held with strong student participation. Aiming to support academic and personal development, the event featured a training session titled “Architecture of Meaning: The Silent Power of Next-Generation Leadership” delivered by Prof. Dr. Erhan Bütün, Director of the Beykoz University School of Civil Aviation, which was followed with great interest.
Throughout the training, the concepts of motivation, trust, and leadership were addressed within the framework of a next-generation leadership approach. In particular, the critical role of reading habits in individual and professional development was emphasized. Enriched with real-life examples, the presentation encouraged active student participation, ensuring an interactive and dynamic learning environment.
The event was met with high interest and satisfaction by the participating students and stood out with its thought-provoking and inspiring content. The BILS event series continues to contribute to the development of students’ vision and their leadership journeys.
