The Council of Higher Education (YÖK) has published the University Monitoring and Evaluation General Report 2025, prepared based on 67 indicators using data from 201 universities across Turkey.
Recognized as one of the most comprehensive analytical documents within the higher education ecosystem, the report evaluates universities under five main categories: Education and Teaching, Research and Development, Projects and Publications, Internationalization, Sustainability, and Service to Society and Social Responsibility.
In line with the indicators included in the report, Beykoz University achieved notable results, particularly in the areas of internationalization and scientific publication performance.
In the 2025 report, the evaluation of universities’ international student ratios was based not only on data from the relevant year but also on development trends from previous years. Within this scope, Beykoz University ranked 14th among universities demonstrating stable growth in the international student ratio indicator. This result indicates that our University has achieved sustainable growth in its international student policies.
Standing out for its efforts to enhance the accessibility of scientific knowledge, Beykoz University achieved a rate of 78.26% in the Open Access Ratio of University-Affiliated Scientific Publications indicator, ranking 7th among the top 10 universities. This achievement demonstrates that our University Library’s open access-oriented publishing approach was strongly reflected in the results of the 2025 report.
