The play “The Miser”, staged by Beykoz University Theatre Club students, met with the audience on April 27 at Ahmet Mithat Efendi Cultural Center.
Written by Molière, one of the timeless classics of world literature, the play was brought to the stage under the supervision of Göksel Arslan and directed by Uğurcan Turgut. The music and set design were created by Mehmet Önal, while Ece Öncel, İlayda Gedik, and Mine Solmaz Özgüven served as assistant directors. The lighting design was also carried out by Uğurcan Turgut.
The cast included our students Büşra Demircil, Ece Öncel, Eylül Gül Okumuş, Ilgın Belovacıklı, Irmak Dinç, İlayda Gedik, Katibe İrem Çıray, Mine Solmaz Özgüven, Ümmühan Bayar, and Zekeriya Dikici. With their outstanding performances, the cast received great appreciation and provided the audience with an enjoyable and memorable theatre experience.
