The Cross Cultural Day event, organized as part of the B-FEST’26 Youth and Sports Festival, brought enjoyable moments highlighting intercultural interaction on campus. Held with the contributions of our international students, the event offered participants a cultural experience extending across different parts of the world.
Throughout the event, cultures from Uzbekistan, Morocco, Nigeria, Egypt, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Somalia, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Iran, and many other countries were introduced. Traditional dishes prepared by international students were carefully made in B’Kitchen, the kitchen of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program. Participants had the opportunity to experience unique flavors from world cuisines while also discovering the traditions, music, and cultural richness of different countries.
Activities such as pot painting, bracelet making, and henna art added color to the festival throughout the day. Students enjoyed fun and memorable moments in activities where cultural sharing was at the forefront.
More than just an event where different flavors were discovered, Cross Cultural Day became a meeting point that strengthened intercultural interaction and encouraged solidarity and sharing among students.
We would like to thank everyone who participated and contributed to the event.
