The event titled “The Key to Food Safety in Gastronomy: Introduction to the IFS Food Standard,” organized by the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program of Beykoz University’s Faculty of Art and Design, will take place on November 6, 2025.
During the event, information will be provided about the IFS Food Standard, which holds international recognition in the field of food safety, and the importance of safe food production in the gastronomy sector will be discussed.
The event will be moderated by Dr. Serap Nazır, Head of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department at Beykoz University, with Fulya Kılınçoğlu, Director of Food and Consumer Products Programs, as the speaker.
