Organized by the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program of the Faculty of Art and Design, the event “Hygiene and Sanitation Practices in Food and Beverage Establishments” will feature Pınar Günenç, Academy and Technical Business Development Manager at BELKİM Kimyevi Maddeler Tic. ve San. A.Ş., as the guest speaker.

The event will take place on November 11, 2025, at Classroom 101, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Campus / Faculty of Art and Design Campus. During the session, the importance of hygiene and sanitation practices in food and beverage establishments, current standards, and best practices in the industry will be discussed. Participants will also have the opportunity to share their experiences and ask questions during the Q&A session.

The event will be conducted in Turkish and is open to anyone interested.
