Moderated by Assist. Prof. Serap Nazır, Chair of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Beykoz University, the talk titled “The Importance of Pest Control in Gastronomy” will host Özlem Yılmaz Bozkaya, General Manager of HİSAR Disinfestation and Chemical Substances.
The event will take place on December 4, 2025, in Class 101 at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Campus / Faculty of Art and Design Campus. The session will address the critical role of pest control in the field of gastronomy, hygiene management, and practical examples from the industry.
