In order to be sustainable in the chaotic and rapid technological change process, businesses need to take proactive moves and adapt their organizational learning approach to their culture. In the past, as a “resource” but considered to be “value” according to today's contemporary approaches, people are the most important factor in this chaos environment that will ensure the survival and sustainability of businesses and support organizational learning processes. Accordingly, the need for a new generation of young workforce is also increasing.
With the emergence of organizational learning, individuals will learn a lot of new information in the business and create organizations based on teamwork. In other words, despite the advances in information management and technology, human beings will still tend to be organized around certain goals. Therefore, even if businesses change their structure and spatial shape, they will still remain the same.
"The only thing that doesn't change is change itself." the philosopher Heraclitus said. That the change is inevitable is seen on the new generation businesses, new generation youth, new job descriptions and creative and innovative processes in businesses. In the last decade, job descriptions have started to change and innovation has emerged in all areas of businesses. The changing business world has made it necessary to equip new generation young people with new skills and competencies. In order to ensure that you keep up with this change, important departments have an important role.
In the information and technology era, if we consider the digitalization process, which is one of the dynamics of today, we see that the need for business science is gradually increasing for all these reasons. Our Department of Business Administration in English, which adopts the philosophy of “Our university's education is not preparation for life, but life itself”, aims to offer you a modern, innovative and appropriate education that combines theory and practice with qualified academicians in its field.
