Today software is on the main axis of technological development. From robots to smart cities, from artificial intelligence to big data, from e-commerce to digital marketing all these technologies rely on software.

Beykoz University Software Engineering Department aims to train software engineers who have a solid foundation in their field, have both foreign language, communication, teamwork and leadership skills, social responsibility awareness, ethical values,

personal and professional development and lifelong learning, and evaluate problems from a wide perspective.

Since the development of software products is directly based on human resources, our country has great potential in this field. In order to produce high added value products that our country needs, Beykoz University Software Engineering Department emphasizes training innovative and entrepreneurial engineers.

Our students work at the workplace in the last semester of the program and take a step into business life when they are still students.

We designed our engineering programs with a common view at Beykoz University; the first year is entirely common, the upper classes have common courses, elective courses, internships, and graduation projects are the same. Thanks to this common structure, we enable our students to take the elective courses they want in their own branches, to make minor or double major courses, and even to change departments if they wish. Thus, our students can develop themselves in the direction they want.
