Beykoz Vocational School of Logistic, which was established in 2008 and providing vocational associate degrees in 2 years programmes, was affiliated with Beykoz University which was founded on September 7, 2016.  The International Relations Office (IRO), which was established in 2009,  is the service hub for internationalization at Beykoz University and works in coordination with the Rector, International Relations Director, Erasmus Institutional Coordinator, Erasmus Academic Coordinator and Erasmus Commission. The IRO is mainly responsible for the coordination and management of the Incoming and Outgoing Student Mobility, Incoming and Outgoing Academic and Administrative Staff Mobility within the context of Erasmus+ and the administration of International Networks, Programmes, Scholarships, organizing International events, management of international full-time student recruitment and international marketing activities of Beykoz University. Initiation of new partnerships both within Erasmus Plus together with other forms of academic and administrative networks is also a primary area of responsibility for Beykoz IRO. In IRO there are 3 staffs are in charge. Main responsibilities of International Relations Director’s are;  organization and coordination of IRO's tasks; drafting agreements/memoranda of understanding and coordinating the cooperation with foreign universities in the framework of bilateral agreements,coordinating the mobility of students and staff in the framework of scholarship and exchange programmes,Erasmus+ agreements and staff mobility, seek collaboration partners.

Responsibilities of Erasmus Institutional Coordinator’s are; provide the university staff and students going abroad with assistance, coordination and administrative support of the Erasmus+ bilateral agreements, outgoing and incoming student mobility for studies, for placements/traineeships, outgoing and incoming teaching staff mobility, training mobility, organisation of mobility, networking and cooperation with foreign partners with regard to mobility. Responsibilities of Erasmus Academic Coordinator’s are; mapping out the courses between sending and receiving universities, review the learning agreements of outgoing and incoming students, prepare reports for erasmus commision regarding outgoing and incoming students courses.
