Assist. Prof. Özlem Cihan, a faculty member of the Political Science and International Relations Program, participated in the 8th Congress of the Turkish Society of Women Philosophers: War and Philosophy, hosted by Istanbul Medeniyet University on November 27–28, 2025. Within the scope of the congress, she delivered a presentation titled “Biopolitics and the State of War in Environmental Crises in Türkiye.”
