Assoc. Prof. Ümit Deniz İlhan, Head of the Department of Business Administration (English) and faculty member at the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences at Beykoz University, has been invited as an invited speaker to the Global Conference on Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development (GCRESD2026), which will be held in Rome, Italy, between March 23–25, 2026.
Organized for the second time, the conference aims to bring together current scientific and technological developments in the fields of renewable energy and sustainable development, foster international academic collaboration, and provide a global platform for the discussion of innovative research outcomes. The event will focus on presenting research findings, evaluating the applicability of new technologies, and sharing original ideas with the potential to create global impact.
At the conference, Assoc. Prof. İlhan will deliver a presentation entitled “From Green Technology to Green Workplaces: Aligning HR Practices With Sustainable Energy Goals.” His presentation will address how human resources practices can be aligned with sustainable energy objectives, the impact of green technologies on organizational practices, and the importance of sustainability-oriented workplaces.
Assoc. Prof. İlhan’s participation as an invited speaker represents a significant contribution to Beykoz University’s international academic visibility in the fields of sustainability, management, and business studies.
