Assoc. Prof. Ümit Deniz İlhan, Head of the Department of Business Administration (English) and a faculty member at the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences at Beykoz University, has been appointed as a jury member for the 2026 Reworked IMPACT Awards, a prestigious international organization recognizing excellence in digital customer experience and employee experience.
The IMPACT Awards aim to honor innovative practices and outstanding achievements on a global scale in the fields of customer experience, digital experience, employee experience, and the digital workplace. The awards program is organized under the CMSWire and Reworked brands and brings together both practitioner professionals and solution providers who contribute value to these domains.
Within this scope, Assoc. Prof. İlhan will serve as a jury member across two separate award programs. As part of the CMSWire IMPACT Awards, he will evaluate projects that make a significant impact in customer experience, digital experience, and customer service within the “Customer Experience Leader of the Year” category.
In addition, under the Reworked IMPACT Awards, Assoc. Prof. İlhan will serve on the jury for the “Employee Journey Innovation” category, which focuses on innovative approaches to employee experience, the digital workplace, and employee journey design.
