Seminar Titled “The Rise of the Right in Europe: Is the Europe–US Alliance Breaking Down?” Held at Beykoz University
Organized by the Political Science Club of Beykoz University, a seminar titled “The Rise of the Right in Europe: Is the Europe–US Alliance Breaking Down?” was held on 30 April 2026 with the participation of European Union expert, award-winning moderator of Kanal Avrupa — a Turkish-language broadcasting channel in Europe — and political communication specialist Erdal Tekin as the guest speaker.
Following the seminar, the Q&A session was moderated by Beykoz University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Aylin Ünver Noi. During the event, discussions focused on the far-right parties that are increasingly gaining strength in European politics and the impact of their policies on migration, international politics, and European Union–United States relations. Evaluations were also made regarding the current state and future of transatlantic relations.
