The Meeting on Beykoz’s Agriculture, Forestry, and Aquatic Resources Potential, organized by the Beykoz Municipality, was attended by Assist. Prof. Serap Nazır, Head of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Faculty of Art and Design of Beykoz University. The meeting particularly focused on the agricultural, forestry, and aquatic resources potential of Beykoz.
The event brought together representatives from Beykoz Municipality, the Chamber of Agriculture, the District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, Kanlıca Forestry Enterprise Directorate, Permatürk Foundation, Gümüşsuyu Fisheries Cooperative, as well as local producers, neighborhood headmen, and our University’s academics.
As Beykoz University, we are greatly pleased to take part in such initiatives that aim to protect the city’s natural resources and promote sustainable development, while contributing academically to the future of Beykoz.
