During their four-year academic education, students will have the opportunity to learn the subtleties of Turkish and World cuisine with their knowledge equipment in the fields of nutrition, food science, food hygiene, food and beverage management and marketing, and turn them into practice in their theoretical cuisine. In addition to the applied courses, the program also includes theoretical courses that will enable students to grow up as qualified operators and managers.

The food materials that our students, who will study in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Cooking, will be used in the kitchen practice lessons during the year are provided by the university. Students will obtain the uniform and knife sets at a discount from the company that our university has contracted as of the first semester of the kitchen classes.
