Beykoz University and the Addiction Prevention, Struggle and Education Foundation (BEMEV) came together to explore potential collaborations in the field of combating addiction.
The meeting, held on October 31, 2025, at the Beykoz University Rectorate Campus, was attended by BEMEV President Uğur Okay, Specialist Dr. Elvan Çiçekçi, Specialist Psychologist Alanur Özalp, Şule Tüzün, Hande Tuvalak, and Kardelen Dudular Cinali, as well as Beykoz University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Baki Aksu, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Mansur Beyazyürek, Head of the Department of Psychology Assoc. Prof. Pınar Kurt Combil, Assist. Prof. Member Şeyma Tunçay Yaşaroğlu, Deputy Secretary General Melike Tümen, and Corporate Communications Director Ayşegül Telgeren.
During the meeting, an extensive exchange of ideas took place regarding joint projects, training programs, and social responsibility initiatives that could be carried out in the areas of combating addiction and raising awareness.
