Beykoz University School of Foreign Languages continues to closely follow global standards in higher education, innovative management strategies, and modern educational technologies. In this context, Lecturer Mediha Banbal, Vice Director of the School of Foreign Languages, represented our University at the “Oxford2gether HiEd” (Higher Education Management) event organized by Oxford University Press in Çeşme between May 15–17, 2026.
The summit brought together higher education administrators, representatives of schools of foreign languages, and educational leaders to discuss the future of language education at universities, institutional development strategies, and digital transformation processes in education.
Throughout the three-day program, sessions focused on current topics such as internationalization, next-generation assessment and evaluation methods, and the integration of digital learning tools into curricula. Presentations delivered by Oxford experts and guest speakers featured discussions on management models supporting academic success in higher education and blended learning processes.
As part of the event, Lecturer Mediha Banbal met with academics and administrators from various universities and exchanged ideas on institutional collaborations and the development of language education in higher education.
