In order for the international students who enrolled in and have graduated from our university to receive their diplomas from Student Affairs Directorate, they need to become a member to Turkey Graduates website (https://www.turkiyemezunlari.gov.tr) and they need to submit the “Graduation Information Form” to our Directorate that they will acquire by applying the procedures below.

It has been decided to conduct the 2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester final exams online, considering the current situation of the pandemic. Regarding the online exams, the Council of Higher Education conveyed its request to all universities to apply exam security measures based on the principle of "transparency and auditability".

Our University is the Second Foundation University that Best Manages the Distance Education Process University Research Laboratory (ÜNİAR), conducted a research under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Engin Karadağ on "Distance Education in the New Coronavirus (Covid19) Period" at the beginning of April.

According to 2019 Report of YÖK’s (Higher Education Institution) Foundation Higher Education Institutions; Beykoz University / Beykoz Logistics Vocational School Beykoz University / Beykoz Logistics Vocational School came in the 2nd place in 2019 DGS (Vertical Transfer Exam) according to the Candidates Rate of the Bachelor Degree who settled in Bachelor Programs among 80 Foundation Universities in Turkey with the ratio of %53 by preserving the achievements of the past year.

With the participation of Our University’s Rail Systems Club and Medlog Lojistik, Mars Lojistik, Omsan Lojistik, İBB Metro İstanbul A.Ş. and Turkon Holding, between June 11th-19th 2020 'Career Days in the Railway' was held with the participation of Turkey's various universities firstly; Beykoz University, Karabük University, Muş Alparslan University, Siirt University, Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, Bandirma Onyedi Eylül University and it was carried out with the participation of students studying in the field of Rail Systems through remote seminar systems.

We continued the Health, Safety and Security Conversations with the Occupational Health and Safety Program of our University and the Health, Safety and Security Group under the coordination of the Occupational Health and Safety Club with the subject of Why Occupational Health and Safety.

Under the coordination of the Occupational Health and Safety Program of our university, we continued the Health Safety and Security Conversations, organized jointly with the Health Safety Security Group, with the topic "Augmented Reality in Occupational Health and Safety". SIMSOFT Istanbul Manager Dr. Gürkan KOLDAŞ was our guest.

We continued Heath, Safety and Security Conversations with the topic of “Basics of Risk Management." under the coordination of our University’s Occupational Health and Safety Department and Occupational Health and Safety Club organized jointly with Heath, Safety and Security Group. Our guest in our conversation was Allianz Technical and Risk Engineering Director Mr. Dr. Ceyhun EREN.

We continued Heath, Safety and Security Conversations with the topic of “Advanced Driving Techniques" under the coordination of our University’s Occupational Health and Safety Department and Occupational Health and Safety Club organized jointly with Heath, Safety and Security Group. Our guest in our conversation was Mr. Mert İNTEPE, Founder of Adex Academy, Road and Driving Safety Specialist.

We continued Heath, Safety and Security Conversations with the topic of “Occupational Health and Safety " under the coordination of our University’s Occupational Health and Safety Department and Occupational Health and Safety Club organized jointly with Heath, Safety and Security Group. HSE Consultant Mr. Çağlar DOHMAN was our guest in our conversation.

If Dilan, who was born without 2 arms from the elbows and without 2 legs above the knee can successfully continue university education and make first of all herself, including her family, who trusted her with it and Turkey proud, and is working round the clock to achieve new successes; with her statement: “If I can do it, anyone can.”

The "Foundation Higher Education Institutions Report", which is published every year by YÖK, was published this year as well. As Beykoz University, we are proud to share one more success in the report, in which Foundation Universities are evaluated on the basis of certain criteria and includes the numerical data of these evaluations. In Architecture and Computer Engineering (English) Programs, we succeeded in making a difference among foundation universities with our students.

This year, as every year, YÖK published the Foundation Higher Education Institutions Report. As Beykoz University, we are proud to share another achievement within the scope of the report, in which Foundation Universities are evaluated from different angles and includes the numerical data of these evaluations. In Architecture and Computer Engineering (English) Programs, we succeeded in making a difference among foundation universities with our students.

The 5th International Congress of Management and Social Sciences was held online this year with international participation due to the Covid-19 pandemic. While all guests participating in the online congress could present their verbal, video and poster presentations, mutual information sharing also occurred.

In the Panel titled “Woman; Victim of Sexual Crime" organized by Mehmet Ali Aydınlar Acıbadem University between 16-18 October, within the scope of II. International Congress on Understanding Violence, our faculty member Prof. Dr. Ebru Şalcıoğlu will present a paper.

With the support of the Digital Game Design Department within the scope of the measures taken due to the Covid-19 Global Pandemic, the 2019-2020 Year-End joint exhibition organized by the Faculty of Art and Design of Beykoz University was transferred to the digital environment in Beykoz University Virtual Gallery this year.

Beykoz University opens the Without-Thesis Business Administration Master Program and the International Trade and Logistics Master Program based on distance education. It is planned to admit 50 students to each of these programs in the fall semester.

Gizem Çalı, a without-thesis graduate student in Business Administration, received the Best Master's Term Project Award of the Year, which was given for the second time this year at our university, with her project titled "A Research on Examining the Green Marketing Perspectives of Payment Institutions".
