Assist. Prof. Serap Nazır, Head of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Faculty of Art and Design, will be a guest speaker at the Sustainable Food Ecosystem Seminar on April 30th.
During this significant event organized by the GıdaX platform, Assist. Prof. Nazır will address critical topics ranging from the "ecological footprint from farm to table" to "Gastronomy 4.0" under the title "Resource Management and Zero Waste in Sustainable Gastronomy."
