Process Management System

You can access the Process Management System here.

The University’s Process Management System is structured through a three-level hierarchical framework consisting of Upper-Level Processes, Core Processes, and Sub-Processes.

  • Upper-Level Processes: These are the highest-level processes that define the University’s strategic direction and main areas of activity. They include Education and Training, Research–Development and Innovation (RDI), Social Contribution, Administrative and Support Services, and Leadership and Governance.
  • Core Processes: These processes operate under each upper-level process and manage the related functional activities. Examples include Program Development and Revision, Student Affairs Management, Human Resources Management, and Financial Affairs Management.
  • Sub-Processes: These are processes under the core processes that encompass operational steps and detailed workflows. Examples include Course Planning, Examination Organization, and Personnel Payroll Procedures.
  • The entire process architecture is accessible through the Integrated Quality Management System (BKYS) platform. The University’s process management approach is defined through the Process Management Procedure and has been communicated to all stakeholders via BÜDA.
