The leaders at Beykoz University are committed to and take charge for the effective execution of all activities required to ensure the development, implementation in addition to the constant improvement of the effectiveness of the Beykoz University Harmonised Management Framework (BÜYÇ).
In line with this commitment, our leaders:
- Undertake activities to ensure the satisfaction of the stakeholders, to increase awareness of the need to comply with any legal regulatory requirements,
- Establish an aligned and holistic strategic direction (purpose, mission, vision, corporate policies, fundamental principles and values) and ensures that they are managed on a harmonized level as part of the BÜYÇ,
- Determine and allocate the necessary resource requirements to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of the BÜYÇ,
- Assess any potential opportunities and risks within the scope of the priorities set in line with the strategic plan regarding all kinds of executive decisions,
- Ensure that all requirements within the scope of the elements of the BÜYÇ are implemented through a holistic process management system,
- Undertake self-assessment and management review activities in a systematic manner to review the effectiveness of the BÜYÇ and identify opportunities for improvement,
- Monitor the effectiveness of the BÜYÇ through Target Key Performance Indicators for the organization, unit, process and individuals while ensuring accountability at various levels through reports issued,
- Support, direct and ensure the participation of people who will contribute to the effectiveness of the BÜYÇ,
- Conduct our business processes with a focus on minimising our environmental impact, conserving natural resources and reducing waste,
- Always prioritise the health and safety of our employees and constantly strive to reduce occupational health and safety risks,
- Undertake the necessary corrective and preventive actions needed to achieve our goals by allocating the appropriate resources while continuously monitoring and evaluating our environmental and occupational health and safety performance,
- Develop joint projects with the business world, NGOs, central and local public administration as well as other relevant stakeholders since they emphasize cooperation and stakeholder management,
- Help to direct the corporate culture by focusing on quality management and continuous improvement.
