The update activities for Beykoz University’s Strategic Plan covering the 2026–2030 period continue under the coordination of the Continuous Improvement Committee (CIC), with a focus on sustainable quality, institutional development, and continuous improvement.
During the meetings held, strategic objectives determined in line with the University’s strategic direction, the goals linked to these objectives, and performance indicators are addressed through a holistic approach; each component is examined in detail, and decisions are reached collectively.
Within this scope, in the three meetings held to date, the draft Strategic Plan consisting of:
- 6 strategic objectives,
- 23 strategic goals related to these objectives, and
- A total of 78 performance indicators
has been comprehensively reviewed.
The draft framework developed as a result of these meetings is expected to make a significant contribution to the University’s 2027 Institutional Accreditation Program (IAP) process.
The Strategic Plan draft, which will be finalized in line with the evaluations of the Continuous Improvement Committee, will first be submitted to the Quality Commission for its opinions and recommendations, and will subsequently be discussed and approved by the University Senate, after which it will enter into force.
Beykoz University aims to strengthen its institutional capacity and further advance its quality culture by conducting the strategic planning process with a participatory, data-driven, and continuous improvement approach.
