Beykoz University’s Strategic Plan covering the 2026–2030 period, along with the 2026 Strategic Action Plan prepared to support the implementation of this plan, has been successfully completed by the Continuous Improvement Committee (CIC). The studies were carried out in alignment with the University’s Quality Assurance System and the requirements of the Institutional Accreditation Program (KAP).
Within the scope of meetings held with broad participation, strategic objectives, goals aligned with these objectives, and performance indicators were identified in line with the University’s vision for the upcoming period, and the Strategic Action Plan was addressed through a holistic approach.
In this context, in order to ensure the monitoring of the strategic plan, strategic objectives, goals, and performance indicators through digital platforms within the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) processes, the 2026 Strategic Action Plan was developed with the participation of the members of the Continuous Improvement Committee and the Quality Commission. Accordingly, the traceability, measurability, and reportability of strategic goals have been strengthened.
It is aimed that the Strategic Plan and the 2026 Strategic Action Plan will provide direct input to the University’s 2027 KAP process and support institutional capacity, particularly in the areas of strategic management, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.
In the next phase of the process, the Strategic Action Plan will be submitted for approval to the University’s Rector and the Chair of the Board of Trustees. Following the approval process, the relevant documents will be made available to internal and external stakeholders.
Beykoz University aims to continuously strengthen its quality assurance system by continuing to carry out its strategic planning and action plan activities through a participatory, transparent, and digitalization-oriented approach.
