The BKYS Unit Practices Training was organized by the Quality Coordination Office on March 4, 2026, at the Kavacık Schools of Higher Education Campus for the academic and administrative staff of Beykoz Logistics Vocational School. The training was attended by the director of the vocational school, vice directors, program heads, and the faculty secretary.
On the same day, a second training session was held with the participation of the management of the Faculty of Art and Design and relevant academic and administrative staff. The session was attended by the dean of the faculty, vice deans, department heads, and the faculty secretary.
During both sessions, the duties and responsibilities of unit users within the BKYS module were explained, emphasizing the importance of clear role and authority definitions within the system. In addition, the processes of defining performance indicators on a program basis, matching them with main processes, and entering target realization data into the system were explained through practical demonstrations.
The meetings also included information on activity entries, principles of evidence uploading, as well as the processes related to Improvement Plans and Corrective and Improvement Actions (CIA).
It was stated that the BKYS trainings will continue in line with the planned schedule in order to support the effective and sustainable implementation of the quality assurance system across all units.
