Integrated Quality Management System (BKYS) Unit Practices Training Held

Within the scope of the Integrated Quality Management System (BKYS) Unit Practices Training, two separate sessions were organized by the Quality Coordination Office on March 5, 2026. The morning session brought together the academic and administrative staff of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, while the afternoon session was held with the academic and administrative staff of the School of Foreign Languages. Faculty and school administrators, as well as academic and administrative personnel, participated in the trainings with broad attendance.

During the trainings, participants were informed about the effective use of the BKYS module, the definition of performance indicators, entering activity plans into the system, and evidence uploading processes. In addition, practical demonstrations were conducted through the relevant menus of the system to help participants better understand and experience the processes.

During the session held at the School of Foreign Languages, it was stated that unit managers within the school actively use BKYS and have watched the online training videos added to the Beykoz System for system usage. This was evaluated as an important contribution to the effective use of BKYS within the unit.

At the end of the trainings, participants’ questions were answered and their opinions and suggestions regarding the use of BKYS were also received.

Through these trainings, it is aimed to increase institutional awareness regarding BKYS practices and to support the effective and sustainable use of the system across the university.
