As part of the Integrated Quality Management System information and application trainings conducted by the Quality Coordination Office, a BKYS Unit Applications Training was organized on March 11 for representatives of the Institute of Graduate Programs and the Vocational School.
During the training, participants were informed about defining performance indicators within the scope of BKYS, entering target realization data into the system, planning and monitoring unit activities through BKYS, and carrying out improvement plans and Corrective and Improvement Activities (CIA) processes. The use of BKYS modules was also introduced through practical demonstrations, and participants were provided with information on the effective use of the system at the unit level.
At the end of the meeting, participants’ questions regarding BKYS processes were answered, and views were exchanged on the system’s role in institutional quality assurance efforts.
Through these trainings, it is aimed to increase institutional awareness of BKYS applications and to support the effective use of the system throughout the university.
