As part of the BKYS information and application trainings conducted by the Quality Coordination Office, the final training session for academic units was held on March 12 at the Kavacık Schools of Higher Education Campus. Representatives from the School of Civil Aviation and the Faculty of Social Sciences participated in the training program.
During the training, participants were provided with comprehensive information on defining performance indicators within the scope of the Integrated Quality Management System, entering target realization data into the system, planning and monitoring unit activities, and carrying out improvement plans as well as Corrective and Preventive Action processes. In addition, BKYS modules were introduced through practical demonstrations, and explanations were provided on how the system can be used effectively, accurately, and sustainably within the units.
With this training, the BKYS Unit Applications Trainings for academic units have been completed. In the next phase of the trainings planned by the Quality Coordination Office, BKYS application trainings are planned to be organized for directors and specialists working in the administrative units of our University. Through these trainings, it is aimed to expand the effective institutional use of BKYS and to ensure that quality assurance processes are carried out in a more systematic manner.
