In order to enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance processes at Beykoz University, BKYS information training sessions were held on April 8 and 15 for administrative staff and directors. Conducted in two sessions, the trainings were delivered by Quality Coordinator Assist. Prof. Hüsniye Fırat in classroom I-301 at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Campus.
During the trainings, the core processes within the scope of the Integrated Quality Management System (BKYS) were addressed through practical applications. Participants were introduced to the overall structure of the BKYS module and user authorizations, while detailed information was provided on the identification of performance indicators and their alignment with processes. In addition, comprehensive guidance was given on entering target realization data into the system, managing and monitoring unit activities via BKYS, as well as improvement plans and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
Throughout the sessions, hands-on demonstrations were conducted using the relevant system menus, aiming to raise awareness and ensure that participants can use BKYS effectively and accurately.
With the completion of BKYS training sessions initially launched for academic units and now extended to administrative units, a significant step has been taken toward ensuring that the quality assurance system is implemented effectively, accurately, and sustainably by all stakeholders across the University.
