The primary mission of the B'Support Student Support and Solution Centre is to ensure that Beykoz University students feel safe, supported, and confident when dealing with academic, administrative, and social matters throughout their university life. In line with this mission, our main objective is to establish a strong and transparent communication channel through which students can effectively submit their requests, suggestions, satisfaction, and feedback, and to address every submission with a solution-oriented approach.
Our Center contributes to a more efficient, healthy, and sustainable university experience by ensuring that student requests are directed to the appropriate units, monitoring the related processes, and making sure that solutions are produced in a timely manner. It also serves as a reliable point of contact not only when students encounter problems, but also when they wish to share their opinions and suggestions.
In this context, the main activities of the B'Support Student Support and Solution Centre include:
- Receiving, recording, and forwarding students’ requests, complaints, suggestions, and satisfaction feedback to the relevant units,
- Monitoring the resolution processes of submitted issues and ensuring effective communication and coordination between students and the relevant units,
- Contributing to the fast and effective resolution of academic, administrative, and social issues,
- Analyzing feedback aimed at improving the student experience and reporting it to the university administration as input for continuous improvement processes,
- Supporting the development of a transparent, accessible, and student-centered communication culture at Beykoz University.
