2020-2021 Yaz Öğretimine uzaktan eğitim ile devam ediyoruz.
Yaz Öğretimi esaslarına yeni eklenen 3. Maddede belirtilen ders seçme kriterinin genel not ortalamasına bağlı olarak ilave ders alınabilmesine olanak sağladığından, bahar yarıyılı yıl sonu sınav sonuçlarının ilan edilmesi beklenmektedir. Bu nedenle ders seçimleri 21 Haziran Pazartesi günü başlayacaktır.
Yaz öğretimi kayıtlarınızı 6 Temmuz 2021 tarihine kadar ois.beykoz.edu.tr adresinden Ders Seçme ekranından yapabileceksiniz.
- OİS’ten ders seçimini yaparak mali yükümlülüğünü yerine getiren öğrencilerin ders kaydı kesinleştirilecektir.
- Yaz öğretiminde açılması kesinleşen dersler 7 Temmuz 2021 tarihinde Üniversitemiz web sayfasında ilan edilecektir.
- Yaz öğretimi derslerinin başlangıcı 12 Temmuz 2021 Pazartesi günüdür.
Diğer Yükseköğretim Kurumu Öğrencileri;
Özel öğrenci statüsünde ders almak isteyen öğrenciler aşağıdaki başvuru linkini tıklayarak ve mali yükümlülüklerini de yerine getirerek ders kayıtlarını online olarak yapabileceklerdir. Özel öğrencilere, yaz öğretiminde aldıkları derslerin adını, kredisini ve başarı notunu gösteren bir belge verilmektedir.
Diğer Yükseköğretim Kurumu Öğrencileri Başvuru Linki
Yaz Öğretimi Esasları;
1) Çeşitli sebeplerle bazı dersleri alamayan, daha önce aldıkları derslerden başarısız olan veya başarılı olduğu dersin notunu yükseltmek isteyen öğrenciler yaz okulu başvurusunda bulunabilirler.
Yaz öğretiminde, sadece 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında açılmış dersler için başvuru yapılabilir.
2) Yaz öğretiminde açılacak derslerin belirlenmesinde dikkate alınacak asgari katılımcı öğrenci sayısı minimum 8’tir. Bu sayı yaz öğretiminde açılacak dersler ile mezun olabilecek olan öğrenciler dikkate alınarak Senato kararı ile ders/dersler bazında azaltılabilir.
3) Beykoz Üniversitesi Lisans ve Önlisans öğrencileri yaz öğretiminde en fazla 15 AKTS ders alabilirler. Mezun olma durumundaki öğrenciler ile genel not ortalaması 2.72 (çift anadal yapan öğrenciler için anadal genel not ortalaması) ve üstü olan öğrenciler 6 AKTS’ye kadar ilave ders alabilirler.
4) Çift anadal öğrencileri yaz öğretiminde anadal ve ikinci anadal programlarındaki derslerden toplamda en fazla yukarıda belirtilen AKTS kredisi kadar ders alabilirler.
5) Beykoz Üniversitesi Yüksek Lisans öğrencileri yaz öğretiminde en fazla 18 AKTS’lik ders alabilirler.
6) Mezuniyet aşamasında olan öğrenciler ile normal eğitim-öğretim süresini tamamlamış ancak İşyerinde Uygulama Eğitimi dersini alamamış ya da aldığı halde başarısız olmuş öğrenciler, genel not ortalaması 1,50 ve/veya üzerinde olmak koşuluyla yaz döneminde, 22 AKTS’lik İşyerinde Uygulama Eğitimi dersini alabilirler. Ancak bu öğrenciler İşyerinde Uygulama Eğitimi Yönergesinde belirtilen 14 hafta süreli İşyerinde Uygulama Eğitimini tamamlarlar. Bu durumda olan öğrenciler İşyerinde Uygulama Eğitimi dersi ile birlikte 7 haftalık yaz öğretiminde maksimum 15 AKTS’lik diğer dersleri de alabilirler.
7) İşyerinde Uygulama Eğitimi dersini seçen ve pandemi şartları nedeniyle bu eğitimi kurum ve kuruluşlarda yapamayacak olan öğrenciler, pandemi dönemi ile sınırlı kalmak şartıyla, İşyerinde Uygulama Eğitimini ilgili akademik birimin İşyerinden Uygulama Eğitimi kredisi değerinde belirleyeceği ders ve/veya proje alarak tamamlayabilirler. Bu öğrenciler bu dersle ilgili başvuruları bağlı bulundukları akademik birim sekreterliklerine bildirmelidirler.
8) Yeterli öğrenci sayısına ulaşılamadığı için açılamayan derslere kayıtlanan öğrenciler, açılmayan derslerin yerine, açılması kesinleşen diğer dersi/dersleri 7-12 Temmuz 2021 tarihleri arasında seçebileceklerdir.
9) Öğrenciler, yaz öğretiminde başvuru yaptığı dersin/derslerin açılmaması halinde almak istedikleri dersi, 8 Temmuz 2021 tarihinden itibaren AKTS kredileri aynı ya da daha fazla olmak, ders içerikleri eşdeğer olmak ve azami kredileri aşmamak koşuluyla ilgili akademik birim kurullarının kararı ile diğer yükseköğretim kurumlarından ders alabilirler.
10) Öğrenciler daha önce aldıkları derse ait devam şartını sağlamış olsalar bile, yaz okulunda aldıkları derslere devam zorunluluğu bulunmaktadır.
11) Yaz öğretimine kayıt yaptıran öğrencilere, açılmayan derslerin ücreti Mali İşler Müdürlüğü tarafından ilan edilecek tarihler arasında iade edilir. Açılan derslere kesin kayıt yaptıran öğrencilerin ödemiş oldukları ücret, devam şartına bakılmaksızın iade edilmez.

We continue the 2020-2021 Summer school courses with distance education.
Since the course selection criterion specified in Article 3, which has been newly added to the Summer Education principles, allows additional courses to be taken depending on the GPA, the results of the spring semester end-of-year exams are expected to be announced. Therefore, course selections will start on Monday, June 21.
You will be able to make your summer course registrations from the Course Selection screen on ois.beykoz.edu.tr until July 6, 2021.
- The course registration of students who fulfill their financial obligations by choosing a course from OIS will be finalized.
- Courses that are finalized in the summer school will be announced on the website of our University on July 7, 2021.
- The start of summer school classes is on Monday, July 12, 2021.
Other Higher Education Institution Students;
Students who want to take courses in special student status will be able to complete their course registrations online by fulfilling their financial obligations until 12 July 2021, at 16:30 pm, after the announcement of the courses that are planned to begin on July 7, 2021. Special students are given a document showing the name, credit and success grade of the courses they took during the summer school.
Summer school Principles;
1) Students who are unable to take some courses for various reasons, fail the courses they have taken before, or want to increase the grade of the course they have been successful in can apply for summer school.
Summer school applications can only be made for the courses available in the 2020-2021 academic year.
2) The minimum number of participating students to be taken into account in determining the courses to be offered in the summer school is at least 8. This number can be reduced on the basis of courses/courses with the decision of the Senate, taking into account the courses to be opened in summer school and the students who may graduate.
3) Beykoz University undergraduate and associate degree students can take a maximum of 15 AKTS courses in summer education. Students who are about to graduate and students with a GPA of 2.72 (for double major students) and above can take additional courses up to 6 AKTS.
4) Double major students can take a maximum of the above-mentioned AKTS credits from the courses offered in the major and second major programs in summer school.
5) Beykoz University Master's students can take a maximum of 18 AKTS courses in summer school.
6) Students who are at the graduation stage and students who have completed the normal education period but have not taken the Practice Training in the Workplace course or have failed despite taking it can take the 22 AKTS Workplace Practice Training course in the summer term, provided that their GPA is 1.50 and/or above. However, these students complete the 14-week Workplace Practice Training specified in the Workplace Practice Training Directive. Students who are in this situation can take other courses with a maximum of 15 AKTS in the 7-week summer school together with the Practice Training at Work course.
7) Students who choose the Workplace Practice Training course and cannot do this training in institutions and organizations due to the pandemic conditions, can complete the Workplace Practice Training by taking a course and/or project to be determined by the relevant academic unit in the amount of Workplace Practice Training credits, provided that it is limited to the pandemic period. These students should notify their academic unit secretariat about their application for this course.
8) Students who enroll in courses that cannot be opened due to insufficient number of students will be able to choose the other course/courses that are certain to be opened between 7-12 July 2021 instead of the courses that are not opened.
9) If the course/courses for which they apply during the summer school are not offered, they can take courses from other higher education institutions, as of July 8, 2021, provided that the AKTS credits are the same or more, the course content is equivalent and the maximum credits are not exceeded by the decision of the relevant academic unit boards.
10) Even if the students have met the attendance requirement for the course they have taken before, there is an obligation to continue the courses they took in the summer school.
11) Students who register for summer school will be refunded the fees of the courses that are not opened between the dates to be announced by the Financial Affairs Directorate. The fees paid by the students who have registered for the courses opened are not refundable regardless of the attendance requirement.
