CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION AND CONFERENCE ORGANIZATION SUPPORT

Beykoz University faculty members are supported to participate in scientific conferences and to organize scientific conferences.

Conference Participation Support The main source for Beykoz University faculty to participate in scientific conferences to present scientific papers is the funds of externally funded research projects carried out by the academic staff and the support to be provided exclusively from the scientific meeting participation programs. Scientific Conference

Participation Support is a limited amount of support provided by the University.

The amount of Scientific Conference Participation Support is determined by the recommendation of the Research Support Committee, the decision of the University Administrative Board and the approval of the Board of Trustees.

The Scientific Conference Participation

Support application is made to the Faculty

Deanships and the Directorates of the Graduate School, Schools and Vocational School using the relevant application form.

A copy of the conference related documents, acceptance letter and the paper to be submitted are attached to the application. The application is forwarded to the Research Support Committee.

Scientific Conference Participation Support is given with the recommendation of the Research Support Committee and the approval of the Rectorate. Conference Organization Support Conference Organization Support is given as a contribution to the budget of national or international scientific conferences in which Beykoz University participate. Support application is made to the Faculty

Deanships and Directorates of Graduate Schools, Schools and Vocational Schools using the relevant application form. The relevant documents of the conference are attached to the application. The Scientific Conference Organization Award is given with the recommendation of the Research Support Committee and the approval of the Rectorate.

A Scientific Conference Organization

Award is also given to full-time faculty members of Beykoz University which do not hold scientific conferences. The Scientific Conference Organization Award is not a monetary award, but a congratulation and a certificate of appreciation on behalf of the University by the Rectorate to those involved in the organization of the conference.
