Lecturer Pervin Ahu Çerçi, a faculty member of the Foreign Trade Program at Beykoz Vocational School of Logistics, presented a paper at the “1st National Congress on New Trends in Communication” organized by the Faculty of Communication at Fenerbahçe University.
In her study titled “Consumer Decision-Making Processes and Choice Overload in the Digital Age: A Bibliometric Analysis of the 2015–2025 Period,” Lect. Çerçi examined consumer decision-making processes and choice overload in the digital era using a bibliometric analysis method.
The study comprehensively analyzes academic publications published between 2015 and 2025, focusing on consumer decision-making behavior, AI-supported systems, algorithmic purchasing processes, and online shopping trends.
