Program Educational Objectives
Career Opportunities & Transfer Options
Graduates of our program can work in a wide range of logistics-related roles, both in logistics service providers and logistics-receiving firms. Additionally, they are eligible for vertical transfer to the following undergraduate programs:
Practical Training Model
Beykoz Logistics Vocational School prepares students not only with theoretical knowledge but also through hands-on learning. As part of our 3+1 education model, students undertake a 14-week internship during their final semester in a sectoral organization.
During this period, students actively work in areas such as logistics, foreign trade, transportation, warehousing, procurement, and customs clearance—gaining early exposure to professional life. Many students receive job offers from their internship placements, and all report this experience as a key differentiator in their career development.
Our university maintains strong industry partnerships, offering early internship and employment opportunities through protocols with local and international companies. With our "learning by doing" approach, students graduate as well-equipped and sought-after professionals in logistics and supply chain management.
Our commitment to experiential learning extends beyond internships. In the Information Systems in Logistics course, students gain hands-on experience using SOFTTRANS, a widely-used logistics and transportation management software. Through digital simulation of real operations, students develop digital competencies that prepare them for the industry.
Additionally, our Laboratory and Simulation Applications in Logistics course covers stock management, Kanban systems, warehouse operations, and international trade practices (delivery and payment terms) through 6 applied exercises and 3 simulations.
Foreign Language Instruction in the Program
Through English I–II courses, students improve their basic language skills and gain fluency in logistics terminology in both English and Turkish. The use of technical terms and case studies in subject-specific courses also enhances their ability to communicate in international contexts, supporting the third educational objective.
International Exchange Programs
Our program offers student mobility opportunities coordinated by the Erasmus Office under the International Student Unit of our university. Student mobility is organized for both incoming and outgoing students under two categories:

Student Clubs
Numerous student clubs operate at our university. Among them, the Logistics Club—founded by students of the program—is a dynamic organization that promotes innovation and entrepreneurship.
The club reinforces theoretical learning with practical activities to better prepare students for the logistics sector. Activities include technical tours, participation in industry fairs, social events, and active involvement in career days.
