It aims to provide researchers with the support services they need in order to strengthen research and development activities, enrich educational programs in line with national and international developments, increase interdisciplinary studies, contribute to the development of original and individual research, and establish research and development collaborations.
Within a sustainable and innovative ecosystem, the designated activities of the unit are as follows:
Awareness, Promotion, Information, and Training Services
Designs and implements activities and programs related to promoting Beykoz University’s research and development potential to all relevant stakeholders, as well as informing and training researchers on current research trends and innovations.
Services for Benefiting from Support Programs
Provides the necessary information, monitoring, and administrative support services to enable researchers to benefit from national and international grant and funding programs.
Project Development and Management Services (University–Industry Collaboration Activities)
Establishes mechanisms to ensure researchers’ access to services such as consultancy, software, testing, certification, and laboratory facilities required for the effective execution of their projects.
Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Management and Licensing Services
Provides support for identifying research outputs produced within or in partnership with Beykoz University that can be evaluated under Intellectual Property Rights, as well as for their patenting processes.
Entrepreneurship Services
Provides early-stage incubation services, consultancy, and training opportunities for researchers and entrepreneurs to strengthen the culture of entrepreneurship within the innovation ecosystem.
